Advantages:

Доброжелательный хозяин,готовый во всем помочь. Просто очень -очень радушный человек. Есть нюансы, но думаю по неопытности. Небольшой запах при заселении был старого дома. На кухне пол неровный и очень неудобно ходить. Нет мелких тарелок блюдец совсем. Но очень много разнообразной посуды довольно хорошей. Вода ужасная , даже зубы ей противно чистить. Вид на монастырь с одной стороны,с другой электростанция. Зато близко к центру и монастырю. Очень тихо. Летом тут должно быть очень круто. Есть русская баня и мангал. Хотелось бы,чтобы до крыльца появилась дорожка какая -то, п то вся грязь в дом попадает. В целом приятно.
